Return & Exchange Policy

We apologise for the inconvenience as we don't have Return & Refund policy. Instead, we provide the after service regarding product exchange under some circumstance below only;

1. Customer receives product with manufacturing defect
2. Customer receives the product's size different from what customer ordered
3. Customer wishes to change the shoes size, but have to notify the seller with
prior notice and proper reasons, in doing so customer agrees to take full responsibility in delivery fees

All of the circumstance above, customers have to contact the shop with in 7 days after received the package or all the permit will be nullified.
